What we're looking for
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
At least 7 years of people management experience
Strong background in DevOps and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with AI-native workflows and LLM coding assistance tools
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver next-generation products
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior leaders and peers
