What we're looking for
At least 10 years of experience in AI and ML development or leadership, with a bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of people management experience in engineering roles.
Extensive experience deploying scalable AI solutions on major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
Expertise in designing and scaling personalization platforms and recommendation systems.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Golang, with hands-on ML framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Deep knowledge of MLOps practices, model observability, and production ML lifecycle management.
Strong track record in building engineering organizations and developing senior technical talent.
