What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
Seven years of experience in analytics, business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (SKLearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, Scala).
Experience with data tools like Spark, Kafka, Hive, Hadoop, MLFlow, Databricks, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
Superior analytical skills and the ability to design predictive models using mathematical algorithms.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to various audiences.
