You should have 8+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems, expertise in Go or similar languages, and knowledge of data streaming technologies like Kafka and Flink. Experience in cybersecurity or SIEM principles is a plus, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.

What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of core platform services for ingesting and processing security events.

Develop scalable microservices using Go, Kubernetes, Flink, and distributed databases like RocksDB.
Contribute to the evolution of Unified Detections Management (UDM) system for consistent detection experiences.
Serve as a technical leader by mentoring engineers and driving alignment on complex challenges.
Architect features related to cross-cutting concerns such as Policy, Flight Control, and Observability.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale distributed systems.
Deep expertise in Go or another modern programming language, preferably Go.
Proven track record of architecting scalable platform services in cloud environments.
Extensive experience with data streaming technologies like Kafka and Flink.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and content/rule authoring lifecycles.
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical trade-offs to various audiences.
Experience driving multi-quarter initiatives and influencing technical direction across teams.
