What you'll do

Develop expert knowledge of Signify’s core product offerings and analytics technology.
Write complex SQL queries to extract data for analysis from large databases.
Provide clinical insights through analyzing healthcare claims and HEDIS measures.
Define, track, and report metrics representing the value of Diagnostic Preventative Services products.
Create ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to execute strategic priorities.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles.
Strong SQL skills for complex query writing and database management.
Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding HCCs, ICD10, etc.
Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI or similar tools.
Expert communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data compliance standards.
Background in risk adjustment, quality metrics, and care management preferred.
