What you'll do

  • Develop expert knowledge of Signify’s core product offerings and analytics technology.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract data for analysis from large databases.
  • Provide clinical insights through analyzing healthcare claims and HEDIS measures.
  • Define, track, and report metrics representing the value of Diagnostic Preventative Services products.
  • Create ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to execute strategic priorities.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex query writing and database management.
  • Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding HCCs, ICD10, etc.
  • Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI or similar tools.
  • Expert communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data compliance standards.
  • Background in risk adjustment, quality metrics, and care management preferred.
