What we're looking for

4+ years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Database Administrator or equivalent education/experience
Strong core SQL DBA skills across all versions of Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with architecture models, database creation, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and integration
Ability to create, modify, and diagnose stored procedures and troubleshoot technical issues
Demonstrated coordination of escalated issue resolution and understanding of client business needs
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills in a complex, multi-tasking environment
