Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Engineering Technology and three years of relevant experience, including the ability to read P&ID drawings and perform root cause analysis. This role is pivotal for driving strategic operating priorities in our fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Engineering Technology required
- Three years of experience in manufacturing or technical support
- Proficient in CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP)
- Knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing
- Experience with lean Six Sigma methodology and root cause analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of engineering standards (ASME, IEEE, NFPA)
