Ideal candidates have a strong background in large-scale inference systems, experience with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, and GPU infrastructure, and the ability to communicate technical details effectively across all levels.

What you'll do
Serve as the lead technical advisor for partners on delivering reasoning and multimodal solutions.
Guide partners to appropriate approaches for customer workloads in fine-tuning and model evaluation.
Define benchmark plans and validation recipes for synthetic data and evaluation workflows.
Advise on compute planning, including GPU selection and production-readiness testing.
Develop reference architectures and benchmark recipes across various NVIDIA tools and frameworks.
Support pre-sales engagements by translating complex AI topics for partner teams.
What we're looking for
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience in LLMs and large-scale inference systems.
Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning, benchmarking, evaluation, optimization, and production deployment of foundation models.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, Nemotron, NeMo, Dynamo, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, vLLM.
Experience in building benchmark suites, sizing calculators, TCO models for AI workloads, and deploying large-scale AI systems in production.
Deep understanding of GPU infrastructure including NVLink, InfiniBand, MPI, NCCL, and cluster technologies.
Active contributions to open-source software in model tooling, inference, evaluation, or performance optimization.
