What you'll do

Manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, reliability engineers, project managers, and scrum masters.
Ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and maintain key performance indicators for QE, DevSec, and FinOps.
Define, maintain, and report SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs in partnership with product and engineering teams.
Design and develop cloud-native solutions using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDKs, and Kubernetes.
Implement architecture decisions related to product features, refactoring work, and end-of-support lifecycle decisions.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
Proficient in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for development and troubleshooting.
Extensive experience with Cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Expertise in designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, and Kubernetes.
Experience deploying software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior and senior engineers.
