- Understanding of key integration technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC.
- Ability to work on automations and integrations using API, IntegrationHub/Orchestration in ServiceNow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
