What you'll do

Build AI agents that support developers and quality engineers throughout the testing lifecycle.
Advance AI-native quality systems by continuously adapting test coverage based on code changes.
Improve developer productivity by automating bottlenecks in CI/CD workflows and testing processes.
Integrate AI capabilities into development environments to provide contextual insights during coding.
Design scalable AI-driven systems for large-scale engineering environments, including services and tooling.

What we're looking for

4+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments
Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering platforms
Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs or similar AI technologies
Fullstack development skills including client and server-side systems
Understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD workflows, and large-scale architectures
Strong problem-solving abilities to design scalable solutions
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
