Software Engineer (L3)

What you'll do

• Build and own backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform.
• Design and deliver high-impact customer-facing features in collaboration with leadership.
• Author design documents and drive key technical decisions for the platform.
• Improve production quality through strong observability and incident response practices.
• Mentor other engineers by providing feedback and sharing knowledge to raise the team's bar.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in designing and operating high-scale cloud-based production systems.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development with a strong background in modern programming languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience required.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and leadership roles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and DynamoDB is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or products consumed by paying customers beneficial.
