What you'll do

What we're looking for

3+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent training.
Proficiency in backend languages like Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Understanding of observability fundamentals: metrics, logs, tracing, alerting.
Ability to break down features into tasks and communicate technical issues clearly.
Familiarity with modern observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus.
Participation in architecture discussions and code reviews.
