What you'll do

Build backend for Pinner-facing features to power Pinterest’s future.

Improve developer processes and experiences in all phases of project lifecycle.

What we're looking for

1+ years of industry backend development experience with consumer or business products
Proficiency in RESTful API, online service, storage, caching, and data processing tech stacks
Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and public cloud workloads
Strong skills in Python, Java, C++, Go, or another language; willingness to learn new languages
Knowledge of best practices for writing reliable, maintainable code used by multiple engineers
Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them effectively
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams
