What you'll do

Perform manual testing on physical ATMs for various scenarios.
Execute virtual customer transaction tests using ATM simulation software.
Troubleshoot and fix issues related to ATM hardware and networking.
Conduct API testing with Postman to support daily test activities.
Validate transactions and system events through backend applications.
Use Jira to manage the creation, execution, and documentation of test cases.
Identify defects and track them throughout their lifecycle in Jira.

What we're looking for

Experience in manual testing on physical ATMs and virtual testing using simulation software.
Hands-on troubleshooting of ATM hardware, networking issues, and API testing with Postman.
Familiarity with SDLC/STLC processes and defect lifecycle management using Jira.
Strong analytical skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
