As a mid-level Software Engineer joining the Atlas Growth Platforms team at MongoDB, you will design and build scalable backend services that power feature flagging, experimentation, and analytics infrastructure for MongoDB Atlas. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing APIs, data models, and pipelines to support personalization and partner integrations, while also contributing to components that enable internal teams to run experiments effectively.
