As a Software Development Engineering Advisor II, you will join a dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI, focusing on maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and architects to design strategies that align with business objectives, conducting code reviews, and creating test scripts. You will also fix bugs reported by clients, provide after-hours support through an on-call rotation, and ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. The role requires expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Azure Cloud services such as Logic Apps and Function Apps, SQL Server, and microservices architecture. Additionally, you must have experience implementing SAML-based SSO and integrating with enterprise IAM platforms, ensuring the applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Manage daily support and maintenance for software applications.
Design project strategies that align with business objectives using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure Cloud.
Implement changes based on requirements collected from the project team.
Create and perform test scripts/cases to validate results during development.
Fix bugs and defects reported by clients and provide after-hours support.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of software development experience.
Experience building scalable, secure applications using Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Azure Cloud, and SQL Server.
Expertise in enterprise application development with C#.NET, .NET Core, Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Web API, LINQ, MVC, JSON.
Proficiency working with Azure services including Logic Apps, Function Apps, web apps, Azure Data Lake, Entra ID, microservices architecture.
Experience implementing SAML-based SSO, MFA, and integration with enterprise IAM platforms.
