As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC, you will join a dynamic team supporting manufacturing operations in a Fab environment through automation and analytics. What you'll do
Support manufacturing operations through automation and analytics within a Fab environment.
Conduct safety audits and report safety-related issues immediately to appropriate personnel.
Develop applications and web-reports to improve production metrics and efficiency.
Optimize Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) layout for improved delivery times.
Automate Fab processes to reduce variability and eliminate waste in manufacturing operations.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for OI systems every week during designated periods.
What we're looking for
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field required.
Experience with manufacturing science, including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
Proficiency in database management methods using SQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, or similar tools.
Expertise in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, and visualization tools like Tableau, Matlab.
Knowledge of version control systems including Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.
Ability to apply data analytics, visualization, and warehousing systems for manufacturing improvement.
