You will develop ThoughtSpot data models and TML definitions to expose curated data layers to business users while also contributing to React/TypeScript front-end components that integrate ThoughtSpot analytics experiences into internal applications. This role requires 3+ years of software or data engineering experience with strong SQL development skills in Snowflake, dimensional data modeling expertise, and at least one year of React and TypeScript development. Familiarity with retail merchandising concepts is a plus, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Design and build Snowflake fact, dimension, and aggregate metrics tables.
Develop and maintain ThoughtSpot data models to expose curated data layers.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake for performance tuning.
Define and enforce data modeling standards across the analytics data layer.
Integrate ThoughtSpot analytics experiences into internal applications using SDKs.
Build React/TypeScript components that wrap and extend embedded ThoughtSpot experiences.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on software or data engineering experience
Strong SQL development skills with complex queries and optimization in Snowflake
Experience designing dimensional data models including facts, dimensions, and aggregates
BI semantic layer expertise (ThoughtSpot, dbt, Looker, etc.)
1+ year of React and TypeScript front-end development experience
Cloud platform experience (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
