What you'll do

Lead the design and development of AI capabilities for implementation functions.

Translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.

What we're looking for

6+ years of software development experience in fintech or payments industry.
Proficient in Java and Python with strong fundamentals in Node.js for full-stack automation.
3+ years designing and scaling frontend and backend automation tools, including state management.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps ecosystem.
Expertise in SQL databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML solutions or working with Generative AI services.
