As a Software Engineer at Adobe, you will join the GenAI services and agents team to develop and scale core infrastructure that powers AI-first experiences across Experience Cloud. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building shared GenAI core services such as Voice Service, Evaluation Service, Moderation Service, and AI-powered Globalization bug triage and auto-fix services, ensuring these systems are world-ready by design. You will work closely with platform teams to onboard CXO engineering teams onto shared GenAI services, driving reuse, quality, and consistency while embedding internationalization and localization requirements into workflows. Additionally, you will support the modernization and stability of the Continuous Localization (CL) platform, including contributions to DevOps, monitoring, security, and operational reliability. Success in this role requires a strong background in web application development, experience with GenAI feature and agent development, and hands-on work with LLM-based workflows.

What you'll do
Develop and deliver shared GenAI core services including Voice, Evaluation, Moderation, and AI-powered Globalization bug triage.
Embed internationalization and localization requirements into GenAI services to ensure world-readiness.
Define and evolve the GenAI Globalization Framework for multilingual, quality-compliant experiences.

What we're looking for
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of GenAI feature and agent development.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based workflows for GenAI services.
Strong background in web application development and modern software engineering practices.
Experience in internationalization/localization, multilingual systems, and global product development.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across distributed engineering teams.
