What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for IBM InfoSphere Optim.
Own product features end-to-end, including implementation, testing, and delivery.
Analyze complex issues using logs, traces, and code-level debugging to identify root causes.
Enhance product reliability, performance, and scalability through architectural improvements.
Develop APIs and internal tooling to support Optim functionality and integrations.
Improve diagnostics, logging, and tracing for increased observability and simplified troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in product development for enterprise software.
Proficient in Java, C, C++, and scripting languages for software development.
Strong skills in debugging, log analysis, trace interpretation, and root cause analysis.
Experience developing applications on Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.
Knowledge of database management systems such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, and large, modular codebases.
Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere Optim components including Archive, Data Privacy.
