We are seeking a Principal Developer to join our dynamic team in the greater Phoenix area, focusing on developing and maintaining business applications. What you'll do

Develops applications using process design technology methodologies and programming languages.
Validates functional specifications and builds technical documentation for application projects.

Integrates new or enhanced application components into existing systems seamlessly.
Creates conversion and system implementation plans for application rollouts.
Supports change readiness initiatives by ensuring smooth transitions in technology.

What we're looking for

Less than 2 years of experience in full-stack application development using Java or similar technologies.
Proficiency in building applications with languages/technologies such as Java, Python, Spring, Web Services, SQL.
Expertise in frontend technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.
Experience in SQL database design and development.
Ability to develop technical specifications and application documentation independently.
Collaborative skills for working closely with stakeholders and team members on project phases.
