Preferred candidates hold advanced certifications like CISSP and have experience with Zero Trust Architecture and SIEM/SOAR integration.

What you'll do

Design and implement cybersecurity plans using FOSS, COTS, and GOTS products.
Develop cybersecurity artifacts to demonstrate security implementations mapping to ATO and RMF requirements.
Own the data platform’s security strategy, policies, and procedures across workflows.
Prepare and execute a System Engineering Plan (SEP) for managing systems architecture aspects.
Design and continuously improve the cloud environment, network, and other infrastructure components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of cybersecurity systems engineering experience.
Current DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (e.g., GCFA or GCIA).
Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams in developing security features, policies, and accreditation elements aligned with DoD standards.
Proven experience in MBSE and other engineering tools for cybersecurity artifacts development.
Expertise in designing and implementing cybersecurity plans and architectures using FOSS, COTS, and GOTS products.
