What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python for automation and monitoring.
  • Experience building and operating container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years leading high-performance SRE teams and managing complex projects at scale.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts including authentication, authorization, encryption.
  • Desire to build, grow, and mentor a team with a focus on continuous improvement.
