Join our Systems Engineering & Verification team as a senior resource manager supporting the C2BMC program. This role involves collaborating with hardware architects and BOM managers to oversee design, development, and procurement processes for both regional and global projects. You will work closely with various engineering teams and boards to ensure accurate bill of material management and compliance with CDRL requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting trade studies, preparing BOMs for proposal pricing, and supporting EOS/EOL planning. Ideal candidates have a strong background in hardware architecture, private on-prem cloud systems, and experience in ballistic missile defense operations. Familiarity with C2BMC system maintenance and management is highly desirable.

What you'll do

Support hardware design and development for the C2BMC program.
Work with HW Architect, BOM manager, and engineering staff on hardware selection.
Compile and maintain Bill of Material changes for ongoing projects.
Prepare BOM for proposal pricing and support EOS/EOL planning.
Assist in delivering multiple CDRLs related to HW and SW reports.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in applying hardware architecture principles to system design.
Familiarity with private on-prem cloud systems, including VMware and COTS products.
Experience working in an integrated team environment for Hardware and Infrastructure solutions.
Ability to communicate technical approaches effectively to diverse groups of stakeholders.
Understanding of Agile processes and systems architecting methodologies.
Knowledge of hardware maintenance and management, including EOS/EOL planning.
