What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the AFNCR ITS Catalog in collaboration with UX Manager.
  • Implement Performance Measurement Plans to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Oversee Field Operations program office, setting standard processes and performance frameworks.
  • Analyze internal work center processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders to develop and sustain customer-facing Service Catalog training programs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT experience or Master's with 2+ years
  • Full DoD Secret Clearance required at start date
  • Minimum eight years in quality assurance and process improvement
  • Experience developing and maintaining a Service Catalog
  • Prior work in the National Capital Region preferred
  • ITIL Foundations certification mandatory
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
