What you'll do

Develop and maintain the AFNCR ITS Catalog in collaboration with UX Manager.
Implement Performance Measurement Plans to ensure quality service delivery.
Oversee Field Operations program office, setting standard processes and performance frameworks.
Analyze internal work center processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Engage stakeholders to develop and sustain customer-facing Service Catalog training programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT experience or Master's with 2+ years
Full DoD Secret Clearance required at start date
Minimum eight years in quality assurance and process improvement
Experience developing and maintaining a Service Catalog
Prior work in the National Capital Region preferred
ITIL Foundations certification mandatory
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
