Senior Technical Program Manager, Test

What you'll do

• Own schedule and cost performance of the production acceptance test program, driving throughput to match production ramp targets.
• Identify and drive automation maturation opportunities, prioritizing investment against schedule and cost targets.
• Drive resolution of test failures across engineering and production, diagnosing root cause and ensuring corrective action holds.
• Interface with government test organizations, ensuring test cadence supports customer delivery commitments.
• Build systems connecting test results to engineering and production decisions, making test data actionable.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in technical program management, test engineering, or test operations in complex hardware or aerospace environments.
• Ownership of test program schedule and cost performance in production or acceptance testing contexts.
• Experience driving test automation strategy and implementation in hardware production environments.
• Technical depth to understand test failures and drive resolution across teams.
• Comfortable building or interpreting quantitative models for test and schedule decisions.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience coordinating with government test organizations or customer acceptance processes.
