Lead the strategy and execution of programs for bringup, decommissioning, and operations of NVIDIA's Hardware EDA ecosystem.
Guide engineering roadmaps to ensure high-quality outcomes with a strong foundation in operational excellence.
Develop and standardize planning, reporting, and execution methodologies to meet challenging objectives.
Foster continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities across tooling, automation, and processes for cluster build operations.
Serve as an effective technical liaison between developers, customers, and partners to drive organizational alignment.
Implement a data-first approach using metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure program success and identify areas of improvement.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering and technical program management.
Proven expertise in infrastructure software, production application software development, and large-scale distributed computing.
Extensive knowledge of EDA infrastructure with various CPU/GPU architectures and semiconductor design processes.
Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep experience in modernizing EDA Infrastructure solutions to offer Platform as a Product services.
Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
