Senior Technical Data Analyst - Operations E2E Data Intelligent Systems

What you'll do

• Own and lead comprehensive data initiatives from analysis to operational support across Supply Chain Operations.
• Develop scalable data models, pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions in partnership with business and engineering teams.
• Write detailed implementation specifications including source-to-target mappings and transformation logic for engineering teams.
• Build a trusted single source of data by standardizing schemas and definitions across functions.
• Implement operations data governance to ensure cataloging, metadata enrichment, access controls, and alignment with compliance policies.
• Define and enforce the "last mile" of data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency for analytics and AI.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, analytics, or technical program management within logistics or operations domains.
• Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and related applications like SAP IBP, EWM, TM, MM, Agile PLM, and Salesforce.
• Proven skills in data modeling, semantic layer design, source system analysis, and translating business requirements into data architectures.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, and analytical query design.
• Leadership to influence behaviors, negotiate positions, and make data-driven decisions across commercial and technical groups.
• Strong functional understanding of supply chain domains including Plan, Make, Deliver, Services, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, and manufacturing operations.
