Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

Proven ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems
Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe and DevSecOps
Ability to create use cases and test scenarios
