What you'll do

Define and implement systems engineering strategies for Anduril's core products.
Develop automated system-level integration tests on various testbeds to validate functionality.
Design testing modalities using appropriate methods for system and software requirements.
Execute on broad requirements from internal and external partners to deliver multiple programs.
Coordinate frequent test events involving different levels of software and hardware systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NATO UAV and MIL-STD-882E.
Identify and resolve systemic execution issues across the team or group.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in programming languages like Python, C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation.
Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
Experience with safety-critical software development standards and requirements-driven verification and validation strategies.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment and scalability.
Demonstrated ability to translate high-level problems into detailed engineering processes and comprehensive V&V plans.
Skilled in large-scale data modeling, analysis, and visualization using tools like Palantir Foundry or Tableau.
