What you'll do

Manage incident resolution and change management processes for critical communications applications.
Advocate for improvements in internal tools and governance of the communications application landscape.

What we're looking for

7+ years experience in enterprise application administration or related technical roles.
Proven hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent CMS platforms.
Strong background in Linux environments, scripting, and troubleshooting web applications.
Demonstrated capacity planning methodologies and tools expertise.
Extensive experience with incident management systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional technical workstreams.
