What you'll do

  • Solve escalated Tier 3 technical issues through customer interaction and support tools.
  • Create new policies and procedures for software and hardware changes from testing to production.
  • Serve as a trainer, mentor, and coach to Associate Systems Administrators.
  • Document solutions to new problems and share them with the team.
  • Perform systems administration tasks in Active Directory and maintain corporate directory services.
  • Work on server installation, provisioning, and maintenance at OS, DB, and application levels.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation for urgent issues.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in technical support, including at least 2 years in Systems Administration.
  • Expertise in server virtualization solutions like VMware and Hyper-V with Acropolis preferred.
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting Windows Servers OS (2016, 2019, 2022) and Azure AD.
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Active Directory and setting up HA for critical services.
  • Experience writing PowerShell scripts to automate processes and manage Microsoft Server Family tools.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, ports, firewalls, and familiarity with data center environments.
