Proven track record of building and scaling net-new products from vision to MVP.
Experience integrating software with ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment systems.
Strong domain knowledge in operational environments with diverse stakeholder needs.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling for product development.
Excellent communication skills across operators, engineers, business leaders, executives.
