What you'll do

Drive long-term reliability and observability strategy across Robinhood’s infrastructure.
Lead incident mitigation efforts by coordinating service owners during active incidents.
Develop and maintain incident management processes to ensure timely resolution.
Own global dashboards and alerts for critical user journeys and business metrics.
Evolve incident response tooling and processes, including education and measurement.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience with significant production systems operation
2+ years in reliability engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, or production operations
Hands-on incident leadership roles such as IMOC, incident commander, primary oncall
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills during high-severity incidents
Deep knowledge of systems reliability, observability frameworks, and fault-tolerant architecture
Experience with multi-region/multi-cluster architectures, capacity planning, failover strategies
Familiarity with modern observability stacks including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana
