What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating large-scale data infrastructure in production.
- Strong system design skills with proven ability to write design documents and deliver results.
- Deep proficiency in Python or Java/Kotlin, emphasizing testing, code quality, and maintainability.
- Production experience with modern data stack technologies including cloud warehouses, workflow orchestration tools, and IaC.
- Experience building observability features for data systems such as freshness monitoring and SLA dashboards.
- Knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements and ability to enforce data governance and access controls.
