Senior Software Engineer, AI Transparency Platform

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate critical server-side components for new communication features.
• Act as the technical lead for new features, influencing end-to-end architecture across teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of backend services while collaborating on overall feature success.
• Lead complex multi-functional projects from conception to flawless integration with other components.
• Mentor engineers within and outside the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

What we're looking for

• At least 3+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Proven ability to design and build large-scale, highly available application services
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, non-blocking I/O, and client-server development
• Experience with applied cryptography and transparency systems (key transparency, certificate transparency)
• Ability to mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
