We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Data team and lead the development of our internal AI platform, focusing on building core infrastructure, services, and SDKs that enable seamless integration of LLM capabilities into production applications. The ideal candidate has expertise in Python or Go, experience with vector databases and multi-agent systems, and proficiency in cloud-native principles, observability tools like DataDog, and DevOps practices including Docker and Git. This position requires a deep understanding of AI architecture and the ability to communicate technical requirements across various domains within our organization.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Expert-level API and service development in Python and Go
  • Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and managing vector databases
  • Deep understanding of cloud native principles including horizontal scaling and security
  • Proficiency in container-based development with Docker and Git
  • Experience monitoring AI performance using tools like Sentry, DataDog, or Jaeger
  • Proven ability to communicate technical requirements across multiple domains
