What you'll do

Build AI-powered workflows to help users manage loyalty programs through chat and personalized recommendations.
Develop reliable LLM systems with structured outputs, tool calling, and monitoring for real customer use cases.
Create and maintain quality metrics and scenario tests to ensure safe handling of loyalty data and PII.
Integrate across frontend, backend, and AI layers including wallet APIs, streaming chat experiences, and ML workflows.
Transform loyalty data into personalized recommendations and next-best actions for users.

What we're looking for

6+ years experience in software engineering with AI and LLM systems.
Expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Java, Python, or similar backend stacks.
Proven ability to build agentic workflows and reliable AI production systems.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, caching, observability.
Experience with AI safety patterns including guardrails and PII-sensitive workflows.
Ability to translate user needs into robust product experiences cross-functionally.
