What we're looking for

- Strong backend systems intuition for state management and long-running operations recovery.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Python with a track record of writing clean, testable code.
- Experience with workflow orchestration runtimes for tool-using LLM applications preferred.
- Familiarity with production LLM systems evaluation, observability, and latency optimization.
