What you'll do

Own end-to-end reliability and availability of corporate IAM systems, including on-call rotation and incident response.
Build CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling to streamline identity platform deployments and eliminate manual tasks.
Advise IT, Security, and Engineering teams on IAM and DevOps practices for identity lifecycle management and access control.
Drive observability and disaster recovery maturity by defining metrics, implementing monitoring solutions, and designing recovery strategies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation standards including runbooks and troubleshooting procedures across the identity platform.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering with hands-on IAM platform ownership.
Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for identity platforms at enterprise scale.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and IaC tools like Terraform or equivalent.
Demonstrated success in managing cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code practices.
Strong partnership skills to advise on identity lifecycle, provisioning, SSO, MFA, and access control.
