What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering at scale
  • 5+ years of technical leadership with horizontal influence across teams
  • Expertise in Hadoop, HBase, Spark, Data Lakes, S3-compatible storage, and Airflow
  • Experience defining and driving SLO frameworks and reliability practices
  • Programming skills in Python and Golang for developing shared tooling
  • Strong communication skills to present technical strategy to various audiences
