What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy and execution for security engineering programs across enterprise, operations, and detection.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams.
  • Establish and report on metrics for program health, control effectiveness, and risk reduction outcomes.
  • Evaluate and enhance security tooling to increase efficiency and focus on high-value security work.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in information security or related domains.
  • 3+ years of experience managing security professionals and leading programs across multiple teams.
  • Experience owning roadmaps, priorities, metrics, and execution for cross-functional security programs.
  • Proven ability to build or operate security capabilities in cloud-based and enterprise environments.
  • Strong track record of leading security incidents and operational security programs effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in improving detection and response maturity through automation and early risk reduction.
