What we're looking for

  • Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of industry experience as an Applied or Data Scientist (or 2+ with Ph.D.).
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and algorithm prototyping.
  • Strong background in statistical/econometric methodologies and causal inference.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading initiatives across multiple product areas.
  • Programming skills in at least one language (Python, R, Java, Go, Scala).
