What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

What we're looking for

6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and preferred Certified Application or System Architect.
Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration with deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.
Direct experience developing or integrating AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience managing release cycles, deployment processes, and maintaining platform health using DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Copado.
Proven ability to mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and establish SDLC best practices.
