Senior Research Scientist, Efficient Deep Learning

What you'll do

• Research and design novel methods for efficient deep learning optimization.
• Implement techniques such as pruning, quantization, and NAS in models.
• Publish original research findings in top-tier academic conferences.
• Mentor interns and collaborate with internal teams on projects.
• Transfer technology innovations to product groups for real-world impact.

What we're looking for

• Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industrial research experience.
• 3+ years of post-graduate research experience in efficient deep learning methods.
• Expertise in pruning, quantization, NAS, and efficient architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of computer vision and deep learning theories and practices.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, PyTorch, C++, and CUDA.
• Experience with large-scale model training and parallel programming.
• Excellent research track record and communication skills.
