What you'll do

Lead the design and development of complex Python-based GenAI platforms for seamless operation across Citi.
Engage with stakeholders to define architecture for key use-cases using Python-based solutions.
Drive deployment of new GenAI products and process improvements, focusing on robust Python implementations.
Resolve high-impact technical issues by providing innovative Python-driven solutions for complex business processes.
Develop and enforce coding standards, testing methodologies, and debugging practices for enterprise-grade Python solutions.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives involving external vendors and startups, particularly those using Python technologies.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in developing and implementing robust Python-based platforms for AI-driven applications.
Proven expertise in using key Python libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Pandas, NumPy, Prefect, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
Extensive background in delivering complex Python-based solutions and services into production environments.
Strong hands-on experience integrating with AI/ML technologies, particularly using Python.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes and complexity.
Expertise in providing guidance and coaching to mid-level developers specializing in Python and GenAI technologies.
