Senior Product Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify and prioritize security risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform rigorous security testing and reviews for new features to uncover and address vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response efforts, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Mentor and train engineering and product teams on security best practices to foster a security-conscious culture.
• Advocate for strong security controls and influence product strategy to minimize risks in the ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product and application security, including API, web, and mobile app security.
• Expertise in threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Proficiency in secure SDLC practices and tools like SAST, DAST, Burp Suite.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading incident response efforts and implementing corrective actions.
