What you'll do

Gather requirements from business and clinical teams to inform product development.
Develop detailed product specifications for data science and engineering teams.
Lead the design of backend data and analytics architecture ensuring scalability.
Facilitate trade-off discussions among stakeholders, balancing speed and quality.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product hypotheses.
Own technical documentation including data flow diagrams and architecture specs.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to overall product strategy.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on analytics or data-driven products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
3+ years’ experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to deliver impactful analytics tools.
3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical analytics domain, understanding healthcare data and analytics workflows.
Experience supporting the development of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; Master’s degree preferred in Analytics, Data Science, MPH, or MBA.
